• Ontario Wills and Powers of Attorney have specific execution and witness requirements. A Notary Public's seal does not replace those requirements.
• We do not prepare Wills or Powers of Attorney through this notary service.
• We do not advise you what the document should contain, explain its legal effect, or recommend what legal decisions you should make.
• If you need a Will or Power of Attorney prepared, changed, reviewed, or explained, you should consult an Ontario lawyer.
• Some documents may require two qualified witnesses or other specific signing requirements.
