At Royal Seal Notary Public in Oshawa, we provide notarization services for translated documents prepared by both certified and non-certified translators. Our role is to notarize signatures, administer oaths or affirmations, witness declarations, and certify true copies of original documents as required for official use.

If a certified translator is used, they may provide a certification or declaration confirming the accuracy of the translation. If a non-certified translator is used, the translator must swear an affidavit or make a statutory declaration before our notary confirming that the translation is a true and accurate representation of the original document.

Clients must bring the original document, the translated version, and any required translator statement, declaration, or affidavit. We will notarize the applicable signatures, administer oaths where required, and certify true copies of the original documents as needed for submission to immigration authorities, government agencies, courts, or other institutions.
