At Royal Seal Notary Public in Oshawa, we offer notarization services for both certified and non-certified translations. If you are using a certified translator, they will provide a cover letter which does not need to be notarized. However, if you are using a non-certified translator, they will need to swear an affidavit in front of our notary, stating that the translation is true.

When you come to our office, be sure to bring the original document, its translation, and the statement from the translator (or the sworn affidavit if the translator is not certified). We will then certify the true copy of the original document, and notarize the statement from the translator or the sworn affidavit.
